Make a complaint to the NDIS Commission

If you don’t feel comfortable making a complaint to an NDIS service provider, or the service provider hasn’t fixed the issue, the NDIS Commission can help.

What is the NDIS Commission?

When should you go to the NDIS Commission?

  • You can make a complaint straight to the NDIS Commission if you do not feel comfortable contacting the service provider about your problem.
  • If you complain to the service provider, and they aren’t listening, aren’t doing enough, or are taking an unreasonable amount of time, you can speak to the relevant commission.
  • If your complaint is about a disability support that is not through the NDIS, you can contact the Australian Human Rights Commission.
